Dahlia is what I refer to as a layered tonal colorway. It's created by layering glazes of different pinks and purples, one on top of another to create a yarn that is surprisingly nuanced. Look closely at all of the colors dancing together to create a truly beautiful finished fabric.
Dahlia flowers symbolize beauty, commitment, and kindness. They're also tied to steadfastness, due to their ability to bloom after many other flowers have died.
