In celebration of domestic (U.S.) mills and the shepherds working so diligently to keep U.S. wool production alive and well, the SUSTAIN club is a lovely gift every month just for you. This is a month to month recurring subscription inspired by the seasons and featuring curated extra gifts (or just the yarn!) to compliment the monthly theme.   • Two Skeins DK weight NSW Shaniko Merino (2) 100 gram skeins of U.S. raised and milled hand dyed wool yarn. 
Each month you'll receive:
  • Domestically (U.S.) sourced non-superwash fine merino yarn hand dyed with thoughtful techniques in timeless colorways inspired by the seasons featuring tonal colorways on DK weight yarn.

  • Flexible plans that allow you to change your selection, skip a month, or cancel. (changes must be made by the 15th of each month 2 weeks prior to renewal so that I can order accurate quantities of gifts and yarn).

Yarn Base Information: We are currently using Shaniko Merino DK for this club, which is a climate beneficial wool sourced entirely in the U.S. 

In 2017, the Imperial Stock Ranch located near Shaniko, Oregon became the first ranch in the world to be RWS certified. The Carvers chose to pursue RWS certification in response to the growing demand for certified wool by leading apparel and home fashion brands whom they had been working with. As inquiries continued for certified wool, they were the inspiration to create Shaniko Wool Company, in order to scale the economics and supply of RWS-certified U.S. wool available to brands.

Shaniko Wool Company is a branded and certified program of American Merino wool. The wool comes from Merino and Merino/Rambouillet sheep raised in the Western U.S.

Subscription Payment Information:

The club renews on the 1st of each month. Yarn ships on the 20th of each month (or closest date if the 20th falls on the weekend). 

Changes to your subscription must be made by the 15th of the month (2 weeks prior to renewal) and will apply to your renewal on the 1st. Changes *cannot* be made from the 16th-1st as  yarn and extras are being purchased for the next shipment. Email hello@sewhappyjane if you need help making changes to your account.
