The yarn clubs renew on the 1st of each month and ship out on the 20th (or closest next business day).
You can switch yarn bases if you like to make lots of different things or want heavier yarn in fall and winter/lighter yarn in spring and summer.
Skips, Cancellations, and swaps to different options must be made by the 15th of the month prior to your renewal on the 1st of each month. This will help me have more accurate numbers for the extra gifts and yarn inventory included in your shipments. Here's a blog post with instructions for making changes to your subscription.
The images above show the Color Story for each month in 2025 starting with January on the top left and ending with December on the bottom right. The solid color in the background is the color for the tonal skein and the speckled/handpainted skeins are developed to coordinate.
Each month is inspired by a seasonal theme and includes curated gifts and special packaging to coordinate with that theme. We also have Yarn Only options available if you just want the yarn.
Each month members receive a DISCOUNT code to use on the Sew Happy Jane website. (including ordering more of the colors of the month!)
Each month I host a Yarn Club zoom call, which is recorded for those who cannot attend. We talk about project inspiration, share our knitting and crochet plans and sometimes we have workshops, which are free to club members.
