In order to log in to the website you must have a customer account. You may not have created an account when you purchased your subscription. If the website does not recognize your email, click the new customer "sign up" button on the log in page and create an account using your subscription email.
The deadline to cancel a subscription is the 24th of the month.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using the "forgot password" button.
PLEASE NOTE: All changes apply to the next renewal. Once an "order" or renewal is placed, any changes you make here will not apply to open orders. This includes address changes. Email me if you need to update your address once an order has gone through.
